Welcome to Orchard Park

A vintage American village nestled in the New York countryside.

A top suburb of Buffalo, Orchard Park offers abundant natural landscapes, a bustling commercial district, and a tight-knit community like no other. Home to the Buffalo Bills stadium and located 20 minutes from downtown, Orchard Park is a sprawling neighborhood of diverse housing options - from adorable Cape Cods and cozy cabins to stately Victorians and historic colonials, Orchard Park has dozens of options. Surrounded by natural wonders and close to downtown amenities, Orchard Park has over 30,000 residents and sits along the rolling hills of Erie County, New York.

Orchard Park was originally settled by the Quakers in the 1800s who developed the land into residential and commercial spaces for their members. They established the first lending library, school, and major road systems leading from Orchard Park to Buffalo. In 1851, German immigrants settled land previously belonging to the Seneca Native American tribe and expanded the boundaries of Orchard Park. Through the centuries, the neighborhood grew to become a large farming community with historical architecture - several homes and buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
