Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts celebrates local Amherst artists in all forms. The Dyngus Day Festival features a ten-block parade, endless pierogies, and kielbasa dishes, and brings in over 10,000 people to the streets of Historic Polonia to dance, eat, and celebrate Polish culture and traditions.
The Taste of Amherst Festival is the largest two-day food festival in the United States. The award-winning festival began in 1984 and brings in over 450,000 people! The Allentown Art Festival has been an annual Amherst tradition for 65 years.
